Wool
We source the finest quality wool from global suppliers and meticulously scour it for purity. This dedication to quality underpins the excellence of our textiles

Carding
Carding aligns wool fibers, removes remaining impurities, and utilizes lubricant and water to ensure a smooth, consistent yarn for weaving

Spinning of Yarn
After carding, wool fibers are spun into smooth, strong yarn – the basis of our fabrics. Our meticulous process and robust monthly capacity of 50 tonnes ensure consistent quality.

Warping
Warping prepares the yarn for weaving. Threads are carefully wound onto a warp beam, creating the lengthwise foundation of the fabric

Weaving
Weaving transforms threads into fabric using our advanced rapier looms for premium quality. We meticulously inspect every piece, ensuring flawless results.

Darning
Our skilled darners meticulously inspect each piece of newly woven cloth. They hand-correct any imperfections, even re-weaving sections if needed, ensuring a flawless fabric ready for finishing

Carbonising
